A Message from Dave
We Wyoming voters are independent. While overwhelmingly conservative, we march to the beat of our own drummer.
This November you will have the chance to elect new leadership to represent Wyoming in the U.S. Congress. You can choose someone who can be expected to toe
the established party line or someone who will fight for you on the important issues facing Wyoming and our country. Someone who will
act in support of the principles upon which this great nation was established by our Founding Fathers.
I grew up in the Salinas Valley of California. My father was a self-described “dirt farmer” who usually had a herd of about 50 Hereford cows. I graduated from
Palma (Catholic) High School, Salinas, California, in 1961. I first became acquainted with Wyoming in the early 1960’s while attending college in Boulder,
Colorado.
I was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force in 1966 and flew the F-4 Phantom jet in Vietnam. I was fortunate to have my medical education
paid for by the U.S. military. I eventually retired from the U.S. Army as a podiatrist (Lt. Colonel). Along the way, I attended night law school and received a
Juris Doctor degree with distinction from the University of the Pacific. I have been licensed as a podiatrist in Wyoming since 1976 and have practiced in
Wyoming for a number of years.
Politically, I am now and have always been a follower of the late U.S. Senator Barry Goldwater. The bottom line is, we must get the federal
government to fit back into our constitution. If you are a Wyoming voter and are pro-life, a veteran, or someone worried about your gun or
property rights, I would be honored to represent you in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Throughout this Web site you will find descriptions of my stances on several key issues. Should you have any questions or would like to let me know about
the issues that are important to you and your family, please write my campaign office. To talk to me personally,
please call my cell at (307) 578-9092.
